What are the customer care hours?

Do you have a furniture protection plan?
Yes, we offer 5 year Happiness Guarantee Protection Plan. Coverage includes defects, accidental damage, stains, rips, tears, nail polish, ink, burns, liquid rings or marks, gouges, cracking, peeling, and bodily fluids.
Can I return or exchange my product?
All sales are final.  However, we do offer customers 30 days to reselect furniture when they purchase our 5 year Happiness Guarantee Protection Plan. For customers that do purchase our Happiness Guarantee Protection Plan, we will exchange the merchandise under the condition that the product is in new condition with NO damage, rips, tears, or soiling.  Reselection is limited to a one-time reselection opportunity.
Direct Happiness Guarantee - Contact Customer Care
To Submit A Legitimate Request For Service Under the Direct Happiness Guarantee You Must:
-Act quickly. If you notice a problem with your product, you must call (425)-656-2890 or email within fourteen (14) days of discovering the problem.
-Submit proof of purchase. You will be asked for proof of purchase, this includes: proof of Direct Happiness Guarantee purchased, a copy of your sales receipt containing the covered items, their cost, and the purchase date. If you are unable to provide these proofs of purchase within thirty (30) days of Discount Direct Furniture & Mattress requesting them, then your claim will be voided.
-When requested, you must provide Discount Direct with the sales order number on your receipt.
-Do not submit service claims directly to the store where you purchased the item(s) as Discount Direct stores do not provide the Direct Happiness Guarantee. Instead, you must contact the phone number or email listed above.
Can I pick up my purchase if I do not want it to be delivered?
If ordering online or at a store location, you can opt to choose to pick up your purchase at our warehouse, 22640 68th Ave S., Kent, WA 98032. Once your order is placed when ordering online, a representative will contact you to schedule a pick up within 24 hours of your purchase.
What do I need to bring with me when picking up my purchase?
When arriving at the pick-up location, we will require a copy of your sales order. Without your sales receipt we will require picture ID.
You are expected to come with a vehicle that can safely transport your furniture, and you must bring rope and padding or other packing material.
The warehouse personnel will assist you in loading your vehicle, but it will be your responsibility to secure the merchandise. We cannot assume any liability for injury or damage to you, your vehicle or others arising from your loading or transport of merchandise that you pick up.
Since these items are in factory packaging, some may require minor assembly.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will only be issued when the request is made within 48hrs of the purchase on merchandise that has not been picked up or delivered to the customer’s home. All refunds will be issued to the customer in the form of a check, sent by mail via USPS. Customer will receive the refund within 7-10 business days from the date of the request.
General care and maintenance.
We want you to enjoy your new furniture purchase for years to come. To ensure that you do, we encourage you to follow through with proper cleaning and care. With a little TLC your furniture will last you for years to come.
  •          Cushion care--Rotating your seat and back cushions will extend the life of your cushions.  -Gently vacuum upholstered furniture.   
  • Leather furniture --Ensure body oils are removed with a clean dry cloth. Do not use abrasives; harsh chemicals; saddle soap; leather cleaners containing any oils, soaps or detergent or                   common household cleaners. Only use recommended leather cleaners. Before using any leather condition test in an obscure area.  -Keep leather out of direct sunlight. Minimum 2’ from any               heat sources to avoid fading and cracking. -Improper cleaning may void your warranty.  
  •           Mattress care --It is always recommended to use a thin mattress protector as any stains will void all manufactures warranty.  -Only cleaning method recommended is vacuuming. If you need            to clean only use a dry cleaning fluid to clean. -Even though mattress are design to be no flip we recommend you rotate your mattress head to toe.   
  • Overall  periodically tighten screws and or bolts which losen over time under normal use.
  •            Any modification from original manufacture design will void manufactures warranty                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

    Other important information

    Specifications - All dimensions listed for products are approximate and are reported on the website to the best of our knowledge. We do not guarantee color matching. All furniture is made individually and subject to variance in wood grain, dye lot and other variables in the process that cannot be prevented. If you have a specific question about any product, please contact us.

    Errors – Pricing, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. We cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors, and reserve the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.

    Timeframe - All lead times are approximate and subject to change at any time. We promise to do the best we can to get your product to you within the specified timeframe. In most cases, in-stock orders will be delivered within 1 week. Out of stock orders are estimated at 2-8 weeks. Discount Direct is not responsible for a longer lead time due to manufacturer delays.

    Assembly - Some items require assembly. We strongly recommend choosing White Glove Delivery as a shipping method so the assembly is provided by the Delivery Service. All furniture picked up by the customer will be given in original packaging, and assembly must be made by customer. Please read carefully all instructions before starting assembly. Do not discard packaging before finding all hardware. If you discover that hardware is missing, or there is a defect, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. In the case of defects, items picked up from one of our locations must be returned by the customer. At our discretion, the defective item will be repaired or replaced.

    Warranty - All furniture sold by Discount Direct Furniture & Mattress is backed by a 1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty against manufacturing defects. Certain manufacturers may have longer term warranties. Discount Direct Furniture & Mattress does not guarantee the durability, color fastness, fade resistance or shrinkage of fabrics, vinyl’s or leather products. We make no warranty of merchantability. There are no warranties beyond those given by the manufacturer. Furniture Factory Direct will assist the customer in processing warranty claims with the manufacturer.
