Return & Warranty Policy

At Discount Direct, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our furniture and mattresses and are committed to providing excellent service before and after your purchase.

7-Day Furniture Re-Selection

Furniture purchases include a one-time re-selection option within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Merchandise must be in like-new condition and exchanged through our delivery service. A 10% restocking fee and $80 re-delivery fee apply.

Exclusions: Clearance, closeout, floor model, special order items, mattress protectors, sheets, pillows, and mattresses priced below $599 are final sale.

One-Year Manufacturer Warranty

We warrant our products against manufacturer defects for one year from the date of delivery or pickup. Warranty claims must be reported within one year. If a defect cannot be repaired, we may replace the item or issue store credit if the product has been discontinued.

Damaged Merchandise

Any delivery or pickup damage must be reported within 24 hours by calling (425) 656-2890 or emailing customerservice@discountdirectfurniture.com.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase and before merchandise has been delivered or picked up. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Discount Direct does not offer cash back on delivered or picked-up merchandise.
